The front desk receptionist had a very nasty attitude. I had an appointment scheduled at this facility for 9:30 a.m. and arrived on time. Upon arrival, I was told that my appointment was actually scheduled for 9:00 a.m. I explained that the reminder I received and the staff member who called me both stated that my appointment was at 9:30. I had an AFO that didn't fit, it kept sliding down, after multiple adjustment visits, Alex Frost decided it was best for me to go elsewhere. She also thought that I was going to surrender my brace with no other AFO option at the time, I can't walk without my AFO. She was dismissive and not a good listener and also lacked empathy. I'm truly dissatisfied and disappointed with how I was handled.

Called to make an appointment. Whoever answers the phone is extremely rude. You’re talking to people who are frustrated, in pain, & may feel hopeless. Please vet your staff & train in empathy & actual customer service. I felt like I was calling McDonalds.

Had an appointment at this clinic at 10:00 a.m. the Office open at 8:00 a.m Reboot is locked. There is another patient of finding me who's been waiting for thirty minutes. We tried calling no response from office. The answering service picked up funally as if office closed. We couldn't get in the office and no one is here or will come to the door. TERRIBLE!!!
