I recently tore My Achilles tendon, and was sent to the Hanger Clinic. Let Me start by saying this was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had at a medical facility. Started off with Shelly, the front desk and do everything gal. She was hands down one of the friendliest and knowledgeable ladies I have ever met. She made Me feel so comfortable and was extremely helpful, from my appointment setting which was professional and quick to taking care of all my questions and insurance needs. Very empathetic & helpful
Knowledgeable and caring staff. They are very thorough in every way. Worked to understand my needs for a knee brace following knee surgery and how I would use it so they could recommend the right one. They worked with me to ensure the right fit and how to properly use it. The office staff made the insurance process easy and assured that I had maximum coverage. Can't say enough about how great they are. I am back to my previous activities and am confident in the safety of my knee in its new brace.
I have been using this office for 20 years, but never again!, The office lady Jenny is the most rude and incompetent person I have ever dealt with, she has screwed up so many times, and is 8 months behind on getting my order straight. She constantly has different excuses for getting things taking care of and is a LIAR ! She just says OH Well !! I cannot believe she has this position.
