Very empathetic & helpful
Knowledgeable and caring staff. They are very thorough in every way. Worked to understand my needs for a knee brace following knee surgery and how I would use it so they could recommend the right one. They worked with me to ensure the right fit and how to properly use it. The office staff made the insurance process easy and assured that I had maximum coverage. Can't say enough about how great they are. I am back to my previous activities and am confident in the safety of my knee in its new brace.
I have been using this office for 20 years, but never again!, The office lady Jenny is the most rude and incompetent person I have ever dealt with, she has screwed up so many times, and is 8 months behind on getting my order straight. She constantly has different excuses for getting things taking care of and is a LIAR ! She just says OH Well !! I cannot believe she has this position. The folks at the Hanger Clinic are very knowledgeable and take the time to let you know they are there to help you with your walking limitations. I left knowing they were their to help if any problems were to arise with my Prosthetic.
