They had a chance to make it right and still chose not to. Doesn’t do any good to turn them into BBB. You can tell this happens all the time because of the way they respond on BBB blanket we will look into it then blanket it has been looked into. They have been the worst experience in healthcare I have had and I have had 6 surgeries on my foot in a year and a half. If you have an opportunity to go anywhere else. Please do it for you on sake. It is just an absolute nightmare dealing with them
Chris is simply the best! He has been a 1-man show for a couple of months and still makes each client feel like they are the most important one at the time. He has gone above and beyond for my husband since we came to him in 2016. The personal relationship that has been established is so appreciated by our family!
No one answer the phone, we are not under cover restriction anymore and they still haven't returned my calls
The man who works with them was not very nice to me I live next to the business and they have trees that is coming on to my roof I have called them about the trees and they have not try and call me back. Thanks to them my roof is mass up because of the trees on their side. They will not try and call me back now. My roof is leaking because of them
I was very pleased with my experience at Hanger Clinic in Talladega. I found all of the staff very friendly and helpful with my needs!! I would recommend that anyone who needs any type of orthopedic device go see them!
