Im am writing this mainly everything went smooth. The lady that help me fit my inserts for my feet just had a positive happy attitude and just made the overall experience better.
Very quickly shut downed helping me due to a policy of requiring a prescription. My insurance does not require any sort of referral or prescription to get prosthetics and this was on recommendation of the PT. They say this is “their” policy, but does not seem to be necessary to get something that I need and have it covered.
Best experience of my life with a Hanger prosthetics. I've been an amputee for almost 20 years and I've been to over six or seven hangers, and I'm so grateful I finally found this one. The staff are kind, patient, understanding, flexible and so incredibly intelligent. I'd like to give a particular shout out to Dr Holly and Joanne at the front desk. You ladies make having a disability not so bad, thank you so much for everything you do and see you soon!!!
