Upon entering the hanger clinic‘s office I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Laura. Laura at the very best was unapproachable and rather standoffish! I wouldn’t go as far as to say she was downright rude but I definitely would say she was purposely unpleasant and had an attitude almost from the beginning.
