I made an appointment for a craniosynostosis helmet for my son. After traveling two hours and my husband taking off work to be there (you have to pay for parking here too ) they tell us that we can’t be seen there and we have to go to a different clinic. I asked twice if I needed a referral and was told no… only to get to the appointment and needing a referral. Excellent care today. My fitting for a brace was done professionally and very kindly nd rep. Everything was explained in detail.
I wish I checked reviews before I waited for this appointment. Would give zero stars if it would let me. I left without being seen after being treated like a complete inconvenience by front desk staff and then seeing the receptionist acting completely differently to another patient. The ladies were very courteous and professional and had proper solutions to correct issues confronted with replacing my husband’s prosthesis.
