I wish I checked reviews before I waited for this appointment. Would give zero stars if it would let me. I left without being seen after being treated like a complete inconvenience by front desk staff and then seeing the receptionist acting completely differently to another patient. Fifteen minutes after my appointment start time I asked to reschedule due to a lack of communication, and the conversation continued to make it clear I was not welcome in the clinic; there was no effort to apologize for being unkind or try to res... read more
The ladies were very courteous and professional and had proper solutions to correct issues confronted with replacing my husband’s prosthesis.
I’m pleased with the technicians who have helped me but the fabricator they use for orthotics should be fired. 4 weeks for a RUSH job and when you are struggling to walk 4 weeks is unacceptable plus didn’t have an opening for another week so 5 Total weeks. I will not return for any Future needs. Advised laser fittings better than impression fittings.
