Communication about patient financial responsibility really needs improvement. Staff lied and said they contacted me and come to find out they dropped the ball on their end. On top of that they contacted me less than 3 hours before my appointment to tell me I need to bring $850 to get my brace. I was at a funeral when they called and it seems like they didn't care. I went to this establishment for my son’s arch support. We went inside and stated what I was here for. Waited for about 5-10 mins and was called back by someone. This someone is the person I would LOVE to highlight. Ms. Barb Brengle was amazing. She was so in depth with everything. I’ve gotten arch supports before for him at another location but I’ve never got information that I received here. I didn’t even know that there were different types of widths in shoes.
