Hanger Clinic Recommendation I really like this Team at this particular Hanger Westchester Location. The orthotist is professional, however ALWAYS in a hurry. This place is VERY expensive compared to our previous provider. They also submitted our claims using an incorrect code which has caused much stress and time to resolve. VERY annoying and disappointing. A place specializing in this should know how to code.
We have been seeing gwen for years. She is great. We've had nothing but positives with hangar.
This is a belated post. I have nothing but good things to say about Hanger. They tick off so many boxes for what you're looking for. Gwen has an incredible bedside manner in addition to being clearly very knowledgeable with years of expertise. They really take the time to work with you. They are pretty flexible with scheduling and very prompt. Our daughter comes here for leg braces. They also give a pair of socks and shoes to the kids with braces, which really helps. I went in into get a tlso brace for my back and since the start everybody seemed unorganized and not wanting to work. When scheduling the pick up date they were concerned on what doctor to have show up because they didn’t want to be there, then when I went to measure my brace so was rushing trying to get out she needed to shape and cut the cast about 4 times and had me waiting about 10 each time just to get it back and not have it right.
