This place doesn't answer the phones and doesn't call people back. I just want to make an appointment for diabetic shoes. Their answering service just tells you to leave a message for a call back. I would not like relying on this place once you order shoes from them. I will now go elsewhere. Expecting people to chase you around for an appointment is ridiculous.
Awful customer service and shoddy quality. It is quite evident the Clinic Manager for the Oak Lawn (Alsip) location, Bob Picken, could care less about his profession or his patients. My family has had one terrible experience after another with this office and company. Do yourself a favor and avoid Hanger at all cost.
I had the best experience here from the day i called in to make an appointment which I didn't know I needed according to my doctor assistant but that's another story Sandra in particular the receptionist/MA went above and beyond to try and get me in as soon as possible and not only did she my clinic for my pcp was giving me a hard time since 8am to about 12pm she called them back and forth and got what I needed and got me in at 1 to see the dr I can't remember his name he's very tall and very helpful the whole environment fr... read more
