Absolutely the worst customer service front desk employees. Zero compassion and flexibility. I’ve been a patient for years and I don’t have a choice but to go to them because options are limited. It is unacceptable that people are treated so rudely because we have special circumstances. Btw, the work quality has gone down hill while the prices are sky high.
We went to the Fry location and worked with Mr. Stoney. Everything was extremely professional and well done! He had a fantastic bedside manner with my 4 year old and made the process painless. Definitely recommend - ask for Stoney!
When I was in the hospital in the Houston Medical Center I went to the Hanger Clinic that was close to there. Now that I am back home I found that they have a clinic that's closer to where I live, and I have been coming to this location for all my AFO need. All of the information was able to be pull up at this location and the service is faster because they are not as busy like the other one.
Poor customer service
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Everything was explained clearly, and they notified me to change my appointment when the insurance verification took longer than expected. I enjoyed the whole process with this professional group
