OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! From our first phone call with Marie to our first visit at the clinic was flawless. We were greeted by Marie and Treasure and everything flowed so smoothly at the front. Simple paperwork and insurance transactions. Kim is PHENOMENAL! She knows her stuff! She was so informative, thorough, and efficient. We have been going here for years- I have multiple kids who need orthotics. This place has the WORST customer service. The only reason I kept bringing my kids here is because insurance doesn’t leave a lot of options. I loved this place when it was Transcend, but Hanger is the worst. I tell anyone who will listen to go somewhere else if they can help it. Absolutely the worst customer service front desk employees. Zero compassion and flexibility. I’ve been a patient for years and I don’t have a choice but to go to them because options are limited. It is unacceptable that people are treated so rudely because we have special circumstances. Btw, the work quality has gone down hill while the prices are sky high.
We went to the Fry location and worked with Mr. Stoney. Everything was extremely professional and well done! He had a fantastic bedside manner with my 4 year old and made the process painless. Definitely recommend - ask for Stoney!
When I was in the hospital in the Houston Medical Center I went to the Hanger Clinic that was close to there. Now that I am back home I found that they have a clinic that's closer to where I live, and I have been coming to this location for all my AFO need. All of the information was able to be pull up at this location and the service is faster because they are not as busy like the other one.
