Very unprofessional and disrespectful of clients’ time. I received a vague call to schedule an appointment for my orthotics. They only mentioned they were calling “about Dr. Smith” without clearly stating which office they were from, the address, or any relevant details. On the day of the appointment, I mistakenly went to my doctor’s office due to their unclear communication. When I contacted them, they refused to accommodate me—even though I was dealing with a time-sensitive situation and was about to move out of the area. ... read more
The handicap parking is as far from the front entrance as possible. Unbelievable for a clinic. Walk all up the side, to the back go in entrance and walk clear down the hall. Difficulty walking
