I had a very disappointing recent experience. I was simply trying to obtain a part for my prosthetic, but the reception staff were rude and dismissive. The person responsible for ordering the part failed to do so in a timely manner and was dishonest about having tried to inform me. When the part finally arrived, it was faulty. I won’t be returning here. Many visits that resulted in frustration and a waste of time during my days.
We visited the clinic back in August to be fitted for the Rigo brace to help with my sons Scoliosis. Kayla was so helpful and able to answer all of our questions. This will be a long journey and I'm so happy that we get to work with Hanger and Kayla through this.
I have no idea what one star reviews are expecting when they have to come to a place like this. All I can say is that the staff was incredible and provided us with helpful empathetic service.Thank you for the help with our baby. 5 star service all around.
We had an amazing experience, the whole staff was very helpful especially Britney. We highly recommend this particular location. Thank you so much!
Anything medical these days are pricey. However the customer service was great.
