Hanger clinic is giving me excuses that they do not have the paperwork from the doctor for more than a month. When I was there on 03/03 I was told they have the documentation needed to order the shoes & made an appointment for 3/26. Today 3/16 Ms Davis calls me to cancel the appointment because they do not have the date of the visit with the doctor. I am fed up, disappointed & disgusted with the staff inefficient behavior.
