During the initial phone call to set up my appointment I was told what was needed from my doctor. During my first visit I was giving a lecture as to what was needed from my doctor. My second and final cost I was again lectured on what they wanted from my doctor. When the biggest part of my appointment is all about what they need from my doctor for insurance purposes I got a little pissed.
