Does anyone know what's wrong with the Longmont Clinic? I had an appointment with them in early December for some repair work on a leg brace. Found both Valerie and Anna pleasant to deal with. Anna and I thought some additional work I needed could wait until after the Christmas and New Year's holidays, which we agreed on. No word from anyone as of late January and so on January 22nd, sent Anna a reminder email, asking for a progress report, and still haven't heard back. Anna did an outstanding job of analyzing my gait and found a device that helps me tremendously. Valerie was very efficient with the physician office and insurance. I’m so pleased with this dedicated team! Thank you!
Valerie and Anna have been totally and completely professional and always friendly. As a matter of fact insurance kept putting my new leg on administrative hold, given that literally the only thing I wanted for Christmas this year was for my children to see me stand on my own, Valerie fought daily with insurance to make it happen. Finally the day before my appointment to get my leg she got the approval.
