Avoid this clinic if you need quality orthotics. My first pair—created from a phone scan—caused immediate sharp nerve pain and had to be discarded. The second pair, though better, had an unusable, exaggerated arch. Communication and timelines were also poor. I left my 10-year-old original pair there just to be resurfaced, and it took a month and a half to get them back. I ended up throwing the new pair away and wasted hundreds of dollars of FSA money. Horrible management. Was fitted for knee braces. Was told 2 weeks and they scheduled an appointment in 2 weeks. The day of the appointment I called Jessica to ask about my appointment. She said can I call you back. I said yes. Jessica did not call back. The day of my scheduled appointment, I called and spoke to Jessica, she said she was very busy that is why she did not call back. We had to wait 3 months to be seen, and were confirmed for our appointment the day before. My husband took our daughter to the appointment, they showed up on time and were told by a very rude and unapologetic person at the front desk that they had cancelled our appointment weeks ago - yet they never let us know about the cancellation! Very disappointing!

I had an experience with Heather Willets, she was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend anyone who decides to go for a helmet in this facility, please ask for her and you won’t regret it.

Ms. Willets was nothing but amazing. She made me very comfortable. guided me through the uses and needs of cranial helmets as well as had many age appropriate toys for my daughter to play with while we measured her for her helmet. She explained ALL of my options and even though my daughter really needs a helmet, she reminded me that I know best for her and if i didnt choose a helmet, she completely understood.
