Disappointed. Came here two years ago for my daughter and it went great. I brought my son in as soon as I could when I noticed a flat spot that was not getting better. I made an appointment for Dec 20 just after he turned 4 months so that I could get him in a helmet asap. I later received a voicemail to move the appointment to January due to insurance deductibles changing after the new year. They have been great! Friendly, patient, and understanding. I saw someone else noted they had an issue with billing no issues here. I highly recommend them :)
I’m not new to using prosthetics (8+ years Bilaterally BKA) and I’ve finally found a specialist that Ostend to my feedback and needs form my legs. I met with Dan and he was great right off the bat! I’m looking forward to a long experience with Hanger WP & Dan
While the service is good, their billing is very poor. They never send an invoice for a bill of the portion that the managed care company did not pay but rather just sends the bill to a collection agency after several months. This has happened to us TWICE in a few years (and mind you the ONLY time we have EVER had a bill been sent to collection agency). Buyer beware.
