The office clerk, Felecia worked diligently to determine my insurance would NOT cover a prosthetic finger. She agued with my insurance company when they tried to find a way to have her submit the claim. She refused to respond to a request from me for a cash price until I called another office branch to try to work with them on obtaining the prosthetic finger on a cash basis.
