My father was referred to your clinic earlier this year following an amputation. We scheduled an intake appointment and returned twice for his custom shoes. During his last visit, the doctor took his measurements and informed us that his shoes would be ordered. However, when your office attempted to process his insurance, we were told that his plan wasn’t accepted. They don't answer the phone at either Burbank or Encino office. Not impressed at all
I got a referral here. I confirmed the referral and scheduled an appointment with the receptionist over the phone. I drove 45 minutes from Camarillo to get here, only to be instantly turned away because she needed me to bring a paper copy of the referral and never mentioned it when I scheduled the appointment. She didn't bother to try to re-verify my referral with the insurance company—a complete waste of time.
