My father was referred to your clinic earlier this year following an amputation. We scheduled an intake appointment and returned twice for his custom shoes. During his last visit, the doctor took his measurements and informed us that his shoes would be ordered. However, when your office attempted to process his insurance, we were told that his plan wasn’t accepted.
