Stay away from this clinic - Hanger @ Joliet They treat customers poorly and have zero transparency with insurance—forcing you to pay upfront without filing claims. Scheduling is chaotic, and the front desk staff are dismissive and unhelpful. My son had to wait weeks just to pick up braces that were already made, and when we had to reschedule due to illness, they pushed us out a full month. They simply don't care about patients or families. Try a different Hanger Clinic—Naperville is much better.
Very professional and prompt staff. They take the time to listen to concerns and are informative. There was hardly ever a wait time. My child's condition improved drastically with their helmet therapy!
They changed the staff not the same
We had our first appointment to set up smo. We got in fast appointment didn't take long and he was great with my daughter. I would recommend to anyone 10/10
