Very unprofessional employees. Don’t return phone calls. They want to fight you about what insurance they will only take. They say they accept Medicare but are not willing to file the necessary insurance papers to get approval. I will be writing Medicare and my State Legislators to do a thorough investigation about their insurance practices on not providing the services disabled people deserve. I would not recommend this company. Definitely look elsewhere to fill your prescription.
Only opened 1 day a week, can't make appointments on time. Product ordered take more than twice the length or in hall given. They promise to call to setup followup, bit dont. You have to call multuple times to get an answer. Cancel appointments after the appointment. Don't even have necessary medical device so can't even give review on product.
