Everyone at Hanger in Ocala has been wonderful and so very helpful, especially Jim. Great staff and product is working well.
I had an appointment at your clinic this morning for getting orthotics . A few hours before the scheduled time, I was called and told my appointment was cancelled because another patient had apparently been scheduled before me. This was extremely inconvenient, as I was expecting the visit and currently have foot pain that needs attention. Adding to the frustration, the next available appointment is only at the beginning of December — waiting an entire month is unacceptable, and this made today’s cancellation even more disapp... read more
