We have always trusted Hanger Clinic for my daughter’s scoliosis braces, but our start at this location was a bit rocky due to a scheduling error at a different branch. I was originally referred to The Villages, but since they were booked up, they scheduled me for Ocala. When I arrived, I wasn't in the system or on the schedule! I had an appointment at your clinic this morning for getting orthotics . A few hours before the scheduled time, I was called and told my appointment was cancelled because another patient had apparently been scheduled before me. This was extremely inconvenient, as I was expecting the visit and currently have foot pain that needs attention. Adding to the frustration, the next available appointment is only at the beginning of December — waiting an entire month is unacceptable, and this made today’s cancellation even more disapp... read more
