We initially visited your Aurora clinic last December, where my son was measured for insoles. We were informed that the insoles would be ready for a fitting on January 15; however, this appointment was deferred to February 5, which we understood and accepted. On February 5, we returned for the fitting, but unfortunately, the experience was less than satisfactory. I went in into get a tlso brace for my back and since the start everybody seemed unorganized and not wanting to work. When scheduling the pick up date they were concerned on what doctor to have show up because they didn’t want to be there, then when I went to measure my brace so was rushing trying to get out she needed to shape and cut the cast about 4 times and had me waiting about 10 each time just to get it back and not have it right. Dr. Scott is one of the kindest people I have ever met! He saw my son from age 4 months to 8 months, to manage his helmet. My little guys smile always lit right up when Dr Scott came in the room. He always made as many adjustments to my son’s helmet as needed and was available immediately by text if we had an issue or question.
