Terrible customer service. My husband has been going here since we moved back to Florida. Workman's Comp pays for his shoes now and for the rest of his life. Nothing has changed with his coverage. One time they need one authorization to see him to make his shoes. Then they make his shoes and they want another authorization to give him his shoes. My boyfriend’s Sergio had a spinal cord injury. They recommended Hangers Clinic. Love the staff and the environment super clean office and the clinician is amazing.
I’ve been dealing with this clinic for quite some time now and finally after weeks of issues I finally just spoke with the one person there who actually helped me immensely. Brittany thank you from the bottom of my heart you seriously went above and beyond and I am most appreciative!!!
I've been calling them for 2 days straight to order the sling for my surgery. doctor's office has also been calling. Don't even waste your time at this place. I don't know how people stay in business when they never answer the phone or return a call.
