The staff at Hangar Clinic are so very professional and caring! We have had multiple visits due to our baby needing a cranial helmet. As a first time mom, I was quite nervous but they really take the time to explain things thoroughly and are very proactive with booking follow up appointments. This clinic is great. It's on the ground floor and there is plenty of parking in the lot. The Seattle location is on an upper level and you have to walk a bit to get to the clinic. I went to Hanger to get some knee braces. Went in for an evaluation and 3 weeks later, I got knee braces based on my measurements. Everyone was super nice and professional.

I found the staff here very helpful in all ways especially when it comes to attention to detail and above all their patience with people whose feet hurt.
It’s a really really bad business. It took me for two months to complete all requirements to get the machine helping to stretch my neck. The day of my appointment, I was waiting for half hour and fill out paperwork and copy all my Medicare and Medicad card. Finally the Asian lady walk toward to me said this place stop making a cervical traction for long time. Damaged why do you required all documents from doctor. Its discrimination.
