Very friendly
Lauren got involved and screwed up my orthotics & shoe order, apparently called the wrong Dr, and then cancelled my existing referral, totally clueless, should not be dealing with the public, thankfully I got the referral sent to another company, will be calling their corporate office
On the first floor. Walk right passed the elevators. Cozy little waiting area. People are quite friendly. I went in for braces & it was quick, & done, seeing I didn't have any questions. Took longer to walk in from the upper parking lot than it did in the office. Bothbraces match, & don't look weird. They look like braces, of course, but they don't stand out with brightly colored plastics or something. Unless you like that sort of thing. Anyhow awesome people, great job, thanks.
Everyone on staff was so kind and very knowledgeable and treated my mother who is handicap with great respect.
