I would avoid this company at all costs. Go to the Good Feet store. I got a pair of orthotics for my feet and the pad wore out thus I needed a repair. I called to make an appointment, which in itself wasn't easy to get, they only do repairs on certain days, they are booked out a month, couldn't get an appointment. Finally I did get an appointment, when I showed up the doors were locked, lights were on but nobody in the office, this is at 1:00PM, waited there for 40 minutes outside the door after my scheduled appointment, sti... read more

The people here are super nice. I was ordered 2 custom knee braces for arthritis. I will let you how it goes.

I could not be happier with the care I experienced from this Hanger Clinic. Everyone was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful and encouraging! The brace will take some getting used to but I feel confident that it will protect my severed Achilles tendon as it heals! We were also directed to a fantastic shoe shop in Gardener, MA and I left the store on my own two feet! Ashley is a credit to her professional calling and Heather is delightful to deal with as were the others whose names I sadly don’t recall! Thank you, thank you!... read more
