It's not what it seems to be. I was fed lies, and they only kept wanting me to come for visits. So they can charge the insurance company just for a visit. And for false hope they want to blame it on the insurance. But I was approving for it, and somewhere along the line, the negotiation price wasn't set, right. I just had a call from a girl who said her name is Christian, but I don’t think it is. I have never been spoke to so rudely over the phone. She called to go over my son’s insurance and what costs would be. No hi- just “is this the parents” “this is what it costs do you want to pay over the phone?” I was shocked and also felt like I did something wrong. I provided my ID and insurance information on Friday had my appointment Monday and waited in the office to get insurance approval And I was asked again for my insurance card although, I had provided the previous week I was told my collars will be delivered to the hospital. It is an inconvenience when I provided all the information ahead of time but somehow no one had the time to work on it .
