I provided my ID and insurance information on Friday had my appointment Monday and waited in the office to get insurance approval And I was asked again for my insurance card although, I had provided the previous week I was told my collars will be delivered to the hospital. It is an inconvenience when I provided all the information ahead of time but somehow no one had the time to work on it .
Can hardly walk. Got fitted for knee brace. All good. Before I left they said that they changed the type and we’re waiting for approval from my doctor and I need to sign. Approval came. They ignored me as I sat in the waiting area. . Waited for 30 minutes and was ignored. Ripped the brace off and told them to keep it. Was in worse pain when I left. Total debacle.
Rude customer service.
It's hard to explain but when you're talking to them and they are just making stuff up as an excuse, it's frustrating.
Hanger Clinic is awesome! I got exactly what I needed: a high-quality AFO. I originally agreed on getting an AFO that felt okay, but after a month or so, i experienced rubbing on my shin so, I returned for a new fitment, and Hanger was glad to help me out. The one I have now is perfect. Thanks a lot!
