The receptionist here has been, by far, the most difficult part of my experience. I am honestly not looking forward to my next appointment because of the interaction I have had with her. She consistently comes across as having no desire to assist patients and seems much better suited to a position away from direct customer or patient interaction. I can’t thank Chris, the manager of Hanger Clinic in Fort Collins, enough for his incredible care. When my child needed a specific brace after invasive hip surgery, he was empathetic, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. He worked quickly to get exactly what she needed and made sure she was comfortable and fully supported. His compassion and outstanding customer service made a stressful time so much easier for our family. We’re so grateful for him.
Wendy, went above and beyond. She helped out my 85 year old friend to get what he needed in a very short amount of time. Can’t express how grateful we are. Thanks for making it all happen!
