I can’t thank Chris, the manager of Hanger Clinic in Fort Collins, enough for his incredible care. When my child needed a specific brace after invasive hip surgery, he was empathetic, responsive, and truly went above and beyond. He worked quickly to get exactly what she needed and made sure she was comfortable and fully supported. His compassion and outstanding customer service made a stressful time so much easier for our family. We’re so grateful for him.
Wendy, went above and beyond. She helped out my 85 year old friend to get what he needed in a very short amount of time. Can’t express how grateful we are. Thanks for making it all happen!

We received poor customer service, which is what happens when you allow private equity companies into healthcare. We started getting billed for services four months afterwards, despite being told that the services were covered by insurance. No attempt was made by Hangar billing staff to reach out to our insurer. I was told it was my responsibility to do that. Once I called the insurer, they said that Hangar had been notified that more info was needed before they paid.
