Great until it comes to billing My son required ankle-foot orthotics. The company is great as far as making and providing the braces. They came to the location where he received physical therapy and did the molds there. They brought them back for proper fitting when they were finished. However, prior to receiving them, I received a bill in the mail wanting hundred of dollars when they had authorization already that my insurance would pay 100%.
