Just average so far I had an appointment last year in july and finally just received a bill last weekend, apparently there was a discrepancy with my insurance that I had no knowledge of and had no update in the meantime eoth what was happening until i asked in person and was stressing out worried that I got a bill in the mail and if it was sent to collections. Wonderful doctor and staff. Very kind and caring.
My ankle/foot deformity is severe and I tried several other orthotics & prosthetic offices and providers who could not help me. The others would only work on a brace but not the shoe so I could wear it. But after consulting with Dave Ditorrice at Hanger in Waukesha, WI, he stated that he could assist me with brace modifications AND custom shoes. The staff is wonderful and understanding. And I never have to wait long to be seen.
My son had his helmet for about 3 months and the team at Hanger made it so easy and positive. Every visit we were treated with such kindness. They answered all of our questions and took their time with us. My son LOVED Dr. Cohen. We are so thankful for the team at Hanger!
