I don’t know what more you can say about a company….2 specific employees(the main ones)…that you trusted to help your amputated child and yet don’t care at all. After 6 plus years even. Shameful. And there’s so much more I can say but won’t here. I just so wish that when my toddler lost his limb, that I NEVER brought him to this company. There’s better providers out there! We couldn’t even get socks for our child from Hanger

I just recently moved from Arizona. This is my first time at this office. I asked for my daughter’s helmet to be buffered to soften around the ear. Alicia went to go and do it, but it wasn’t done correctly. I didn’t notice it till I got back home. She didn’t even look at the helmet when I was showing her what part I wanted buffered. It’s already frustrating dealing with the helmet. The Arizona office did the same BS. They need to start letting the parents check the helmet first before putting it back on the child.

This is really a terrible provider. After returning four times for the same issue they were supposed to remake the socket. They gave me the same one back again. I realized this about 15 minutes after leaving with it. It's been laying in the back of my garage ever since and I'm using patched together old ones. Not to mention the insurance nightmare when Hanger took over. I would like to see them out of business.

I do not know how they are with prosthetics, but they are horrible with anything involving diabetic shoes or supports. String you along for months saying they havent gotten things from the Dr. Yet the Drs office sends it repeatedly. I don't know if they are just disorganized or do not want to provide the service. Extremely poor communication with client as well.
