Wonderful experience at the McHenry clinic.
Hori, he’s very unprofessional. If he doesn’t get his way he will hang up on you in an instant. He tries to talk in to certain prosthetics and diabetic shoes. You have to remember it’s not his choice, It is yours. He does not pay attention to your concerns. And he tries to adjust prosthetics to his liking, and you have to be stern with him to have adjustments to your liking and needs.
