I had such a great experience at Hanger Clinic! Vivi gave me the best service on September 29th 2025! she received me so sweetly and was incredibly efficient in helping me get my walking boot. I was having a hard day, but she made me smile. She is truly the sweetest receptionist and deserves to be recognized. All the employees here are also very kind and go above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this place they will do everything possible to support you. Thank you for everything, Hanger Clinic!
I love this clinic every time we go there they treat us like we where family. especially Rob, Christina and Nelly. I highly recommended them.
This place is sick joke. I waited 45 minutes then they gave me a brace that didn't fit and was the wrong size. My ortho surgeon was furious and demanded they issue me a refund. Then I called to make an appointment for a different brace. They said it didn't exist until I told them I was wearing one (that was worn out) and could see it online. Then they insisted a prescription by an orthopedic surgeon was not enough, even though that is who actually fit it last time. They said I had to come in and be evaluated by their staff f... read more
