I dont understand the negative reviews. I have had thus far a great expierence with my little one here. When i called to make an appointment, the lady who made my appointment was friendly and i had an appointment scheduled in 2 or so minutes. Came to the appointment today signing in was a breeze and very little paperwork involved as a new patient. They had a display of shoes kids-adult sizes which was nice.
