My daughter is 12 years old with a back fracture. I called the (I think it’s) customer service line and was told since she has a fracture she can walk in just as long as it’s during the walk hours and be seen. So I get to the Lewisville location (near us) about 10:30 (walk-in hours) and the receptionist says the doctor can’t see her because he’s leaving. She did go to the back and I guess asked the doctor if he would see my child he must of said no because the came back and told me to bring her back at 3 or go to another loc... read more

Product is good but the staff and the billing department is lazy .They don’t have patient interest in mind and don’t follow up on anything .It has been 2 months and still going back and worth .Don’t have the courtesy to call and leave a message .Hope they improve the patient experience which is needed.
Been going there for years. Love them!!!! Ed and Kat are so friendly and make you feel welcomed and not like just another patient. My appointments always run over because we can’t stop gabbing, sorry for anyone waiting behind me. Thanks guys for the great customer service!
This is my 2nd experience with Hanger Clinic, just a different state. I have found everyone to be friendly, informative and very professional. They always take heir time with you, so you never feel rushed! All questions are answered and you leave with a positive attitude. I would always recommend Hanger Clinic!
