I have been a customer of Hanger for about 7 years. Today I needed an emergency repair on my AFO because I leave on vacation tomorrow. Spencer carved out some time in his busy schedule and fixed my brace. He was professional, personable, and made sure that the adjustments were sufficient. Thank you!
Got my hopes that I may qualify for hardship help for an expensive knee brace that I could really use. They put my info in the system wrong, and gave me false hope. They didn’t even bother to call, and let me know they put the info in wrong.
