Extremely professional
Gal never sent my supplies as she said she would, I call a month later to be told I needed a new prescription, then she blocks me from getting any supplies at any hanger clinic US wide. I don't recommend Hanger clinic on Washington St. to anyone needing long term supplies. This same gal was rude to me when I lived in Spokane and treated me horribly everytime I went there or called there. One front desk gal was always awesome. I'd dread going into the place if I had to deal with this one specific lady.
Very kind. Made me an AFO brace from scratch. Very understanding and caring, sent me home with some long socks for it. Made sure I understood not only how to care for it, but how it takes care of me. The casting process was simple, two appointments, one for the casting, one for the fitting. And they work with state insurance. Would highly highly recommend. They're non judgemental and sympathetic.
