I have to say I was treated exceptionally well at Hanger Clinic. I am a new patient to Hanger as my Kaiser benefit is no longer provided though Saffrons. Initially I was nervous about changing places especially since I would need to be measured again and then would need to return two weeks later to be fitted with the new compression socks, from the front staff to Jennifer who did the measuring and fitting, I was treated professionally and given the dignity of choice and of privacy! My mother n law saw Jeremy Baker CP on Monday May 12, 2014 . He was great very kind and concerned about fixing any and all problems with her prosthetic leg. The man that was there before was not very caring and was very rude. Rick Rentfrow. He is no longer there. I would recommend anyone seeing them since Jeremy Baker is there now. Thank you Jeremy for being so kind to my mother n law.
I DO NOT( REPEAT) DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC IN BOWLING GREEN TO ANYONE...OUR SON WAS HAS A CRANIUM ISSUE AND WAS IN NEED OF A CRANIUM HELMET WE WERE REFERRED TO THIS CLINIC AND WAS SUPPOSE TO BE TREATED BY. Today I had an evaluation appointment for my daughter, I called because we were stuck in traffic and would be about 10-15 minutes late. The representative on the phone, was extremely rude and told me that my appointment was at 3,, not 3:15. (what I was told when I made the appointment weeks earlier). She said my daughter would not be able to get seen, because we were late, and the dr. had an appointment at 4. I felt as if they were not understanding, or willing to work with us. My son has been going to Hanger for years and we love his orthotist. However, I have never in my life met women like the women that work in the reception area. They are very rude, inconsiderate, will not listen to anything you try to explain to them. In their eyes they are always right, not the customer. They definitely need to learn customer service skills!
WHEN DID HANGER GET SO RUDE ? ? ? – I've dealt with Hanger- a lot- over the years. They were always very friendly and accomodating before. BUT..... I called for an appointment this morning, and a receptionist by the name of 'DEBBIE' answered the phone. What an awful person. She was cold, uncaring, very irritating. Do not go here!!! – HORRIBLE!My son was diagnosed with torticolis when he was 4 months old by his doctor. He also pointed out to me that he had some flattening of the head and that a cranial molding helmet would be the right thing to do to correct the problems. I was shocked because I didn't even notice it myself. Of course, my child is perfect to me so i needed someone else to point it out. Horrible customer service!!! – I went to appointmet at Hanger on NE 87th AVE and to my surprise the receptionist was wearing a short shirt with a big tramp stamp showing it was very unprofessional.. Two days later I called about my daughters insurance because the girl wearing the short shirt said it was denied. So I called the union and learned that the girl had called the wrong number. so i called the girl back and I told her I talked to the union. the lady i talked to at the union gave me her # to give to the non appropria... read more
