Johnston Hanger Clinic truly has the best staff. Let me tell you about me...I'm hard to work with (not really proud of that) and I'm a complex problem. The staff came together as a team, collaborated with me and my doc to get braces that actually help and don't cause any new issues. My feet are feeling better than they have in years. Thank you!
My son just got done with his cranial helmet and Hanger/Clayton Godfrey was so amazing with this whole process! They made it easy, they are KIND and they know exactly what they are doing!
A mistake was made either a my part or the clerk. I was told my insurance would not cover my shoes. We have resolved it and my shoe's have been ordered. It would be nice if a 🤭 person answered my review.
I have been here 3 times for shoes, the second time they showed me ugly shoes i had not ordered, I paid for an uber ti vome here for nothing, then they were to order other shoes that would be here in 1.5 weeks, so three weeks later I called, yes they are here. I ubered over again, and guess what, they dot have the inserts and I can't take the shoes without the inserts. Another uber trip wasted!
