My niece and I were most impressed with the staff and Manager of the Arlington office. The front desk person, Virginia, was professional and polite despite being very busy. The manager, Denise helped my niece with her longstanding issue in a caring and professional manner.
I usually have wonderful things to say about this place but today I am disappointed. I don't want to call anyone out but I expected more.
