Health insurance is painful and so is Hanger's process. In Oct, I got the medical appointment, medical records, prescription, and a Hanger appointment that created a cast of my leg. The co-pay was crazy expensive so I asked to hold the order until January. I didn't know that when I didn't pay that day, they canceled my order. So, I thought I could call in Jan and pay for the device but nope, the order is canceled. The medical notes and prescription are valid for 3 months so I should still be good for Hanger to just create a ... read more
