Went here to get my knee brace, staff were very pleasant, Chris the technician who assisted explained thoroughly how to fit my brace and answered all my questions and concerns.

Excellent service at Hanger Clinic recently while ordering and fitting my new shoe orthodics. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the technician very helpful, offering suggestions about my current pair of shoes, which was appreciated.
Convenient location. Company tried to get me to sign a full release of liability in the stated guise of asking me to sign an insurance authorization form. They did not want me to read it before I signed it and did not want me to sign it on a paper document that I had read. When I insisted, they became upset. However, I did insist and found the full release of liability in the document. When I showed it to staff, they seemed as surprised as I was.
