They were given a prescription for an LSO back brace I was supposed to be wearing prior to surgery. I was told I needed an appointment for a custom fitting. What did I know I had never done this before. I had to keep calling to see if they had paperwork. When they finally had it they scheduled the fitting the day before surgery. If such a simple item (a soft, foam cervical collar) is so difficult to deliver I can’t imagine what happens with more technical items. The office made an appointment without having the product in hand. Maybe little things (read inexpensive, unprofitable ) aren’t important enough to pay attention. Considering this item can be purchased over the counter at most pharmacies, the oversight on Hanger’s part in inexcusable.
