If such a simple item (a soft, foam cervical collar) is so difficult to deliver I can’t imagine what happens with more technical items. The office made an appointment without having the product in hand. Maybe little things (read inexpensive, unprofitable ) aren’t important enough to pay attention. Considering this item can be purchased over the counter at most pharmacies, the oversight on Hanger’s part in inexcusable.
