Worst place ever!!! My first experience was terrible. Staff never verified my insurance until I had asked to speak to a supervisor, then they never filed the claim to my insurance but set me up on a payment plan that was never fully processed. Months later second time around I am sent to get fitted for another knee brace, same thing they never called to verify my insurance. I had an appointment to get a orthopedic walking tall boot. Arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment and signed in. Waited to be called but after 30 minutes a lady in the front desk opened the window and said is there someone who has not been helped. I noticed they were other patients who had been asked for id and insurance but not me. So I said mam I haven't been helped. She asked for order and ID and insurance card.
