Laila at the front desk was so accommodating, patient, and pleasant to work with. The staff was very professional and I felt treated very well.
I had my orthotics adjusted at Hanger Clinic in Mountain View today. The receptionist and technician were extremely professional and nice, but Sandeep, the clinician, stole the show. He was so patient in listening to my issues and talking through the options. I never felt rushed. He reshaped the orthotics right there in the office, and they felt perfect afterwards. It's rare today to get such excellent service from the entire team in a medical office these days. If you're in need of orthotics, this is the place to go.
