The guy I saw that measured and fitted my brace was great. The Billing/“Financial Counseling” department was horrible. I got a call saying my brace was not covered by insurance and I would need to pay for it all or set up a payment plan. After setting up a payment plan I checked my insurance and it is covered. They had not submitted a claim yet. Don’t know what kind of scam they’re trying to pull, but I canceled everything. 0/10 do not recommend.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this specialized clinic, as the professionalism, attentiveness, and care exhibited by Davi and his team throughout my assistance were exemplary.
I'm in the process of letting my insurance know to stop sending people here. They insist we arrived 15 min before appointment, yet they don't even see us until 45 min to an hour AFTER our appointments. Every. Single. Time! They don't value your time at all. I cant spend my entire day for something that takes 15 minutes. This is not the norm at other places!
