They had a chance to make it right and still chose not to. Doesn’t do any good to turn them into BBB. You can tell this happens all the time because of the way they respond on BBB blanket we will look into it then blanket it has been looked into. They have been the worst experience in healthcare I have had and I have had 6 surgeries on my foot in a year and a half. If you have an opportunity to go anywhere else. Please do it for you on sake. It is just an absolute nightmare dealing with them

I really enjoy going to my appointments at the Hanger Clinic in Riverside, CA because, the entire Staff is very polite, helpful, and professional, and they make their patients feel welcome and they care and they're concerned that you are comfortable and satisfied with your shoes!!
I took my father there and their attitude was bad. It's like they don't like doing their job. It's funny, they have a cold water dispenser BUT... no cups. You have to ask for a cup, stop the girl from working and she has to do to the cabinet to retrieve one. They are so cheap that they spend more in labor to retrieve a cup, than the cost of a 5 cent cup. Ha ha . Update. They post the wrong hours of operation on Google and on their front door.
