I really enjoy going to my appointments at the Hanger Clinic in Riverside, CA because, the entire Staff is very polite, helpful, and professional, and they make their patients feel welcome and they care and they're concerned that you are comfortable and satisfied with your shoes!!
I took my father there and their attitude was bad. It's like they don't like doing their job. It's funny, they have a cold water dispenser BUT... no cups. You have to ask for a cup, stop the girl from working and she has to do to the cabinet to retrieve one. They are so cheap that they spend more in labor to retrieve a cup, than the cost of a 5 cent cup. Ha ha . Update. They post the wrong hours of operation on Google and on their front door. If your looking to wait over a year then have to go there to make an appointment then this is the place to go. Slow on making appointments is an understatement. They will not call you you have to track them down to get one. Best of luck with this one.
