Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Phone Experience I called the Hanger Clinic in Towson because I needed an urgent appointment. Unfortunately, the woman who answered the phone was not helpful at all. I explained that my situation was urgent and told her that I felt I was not receiving any help. I was referred here to have orthotic insoles made. For my first appointment, I was given the wrong address both over the phone AND in a text message confirming the appointment. For my second appointment, I was five minutes late due to traffic and he had already left for the day at 2:40. He may do great work, but there's no way to know if you literally can't ever see him.
