Yaya and Brandon do a great job. Always welcome and pleasant. I'm glad to be going here for sure.
I see Brandon in the Bruce B Downs office…he is beyond compassionate and professional and very, very knowledgeable with all orthotics. We discuss things to make my braces more adaptable and comfortable, and he makes it happen. I honestly don’t know what I would do without him being there to help me always. Thank you again Brandon!
This place is the worst excuse for someone that is to make insoles for people with foot problems. Why bother taking impressions of the feet and make someone wait nearly 6 months to get them only to find that they were flat. I could have bought something better at Walmart. They didn’t have support for the toes that the dr had discussed to help correct the problem. My podiatrist called and complained stating that this was not what was needed.
